Never throw out your old reloading books.
I've went so far as to purchase old manwells.

I do enjoy data for new cartridges which will take an entire decade for the other sources to publish loads for.
I mean, I could likely use 22-243 middlestead or 22 cheeta data for the 22 creedmoor. (Or 22-250 improved)

I have only the 1 .300 Savage now and it's the model 81
Don't load heavy for it although it's not the sort that's weak.

I have been using the same load for years. Very happy with it. It is about 80% of max.
I picked up magazine just for the heck of it. Looked in table of contents.
Zero 300 Savage. Yikes.

I haven't look yet to see what the latest .300 Savage data I have in my library. I've reloaded .300 Savage since 1988, so I've got the manuals going back that far.
