Navey

It is still an operating air base. A better question would be does anyone here remember flying off Sand Point Naval Air Station on Lk. Washington?

Yes I was stationed there building engines for A6 Intruders from 1983 to 1987. Went back for a visit last year. Awesome place!

My dad was there when he was in Navy. I think it was somewhere around 1942, anyway I have a little flag he sent home to his mom and dad that has a poem about parents.

Since this thread is about the Navey, shouldn't that be a Navel Air Station?

Since this thread is about the Navey it should at least be spelled correctly N-A-V-Y
