My new super blackhawk

In an earlier post I was looking for a single action for hunting and was given much wonderful advice. Was set to purchase a blackhawk in 45c/45acp when this fell in my lap. $450 for this new model super blackhawk. Was told it was like new with a round count of 23. When I went to pick it up it came with the original box, manual and the other 27 rounds of wwb. Not sure of age, Ruger website looks like a 79/80 model. Ser # is 83-14xxx, what would the more knowledgable of y'all would say might be its birth year?

I use PhotoBucket... I started out with them on my computer and eventually downloaded there mobile app for my Android phone.
That way I can take a pic', upload from my phone to my photobucket and then the pic' is right there in "my album" to copy-paste as needed.
