This is my Ruger American Ranch, in .223/5.56 NATO.

It is wicked accurate, with both .223 Remy and 5.56 fodder. I love this gun.

I recently shot a 3 shot group at 200 yards with my 308 American that outside measurement of an almost perfect triangle was 15/16". This with Hornady American Whitetail factory ammo. That was my best group, but all others were still under moa.

I also have the Predator in 223, and rimfire American's in 22 and 17. They all shoot awesome.

Whoa! Under and inch at 200? Man, that's real good.

Well, it's good to know that someone got one that shoots! Mine (American .223/5.56) won't stay in 2" @ 100 yds. no matter what I feed it! Been working with it since last September, time to get rid of it. And NO, I won't buy another one.

My Ruger American compact stainless in 223 shoots real well. I had it out over the weekend and was getting an inch groups at 150 yards. I like it so much I am thinking about getting a stainless compact in 22-250.

That Ranch model is a nifty little gun. A guy at the range let me shoot his, and hitting small steel swingers at 100 yards was easy as pie.
