I found a reference to this place on Redditt. I have a a special needs niece and it seems like a place she would enjoy. I would like to get my brother-in-law, his wife and daughter and my wife to go there. Is there anyone from the area or that has been there that can tell me if it would be worthwhile?

Wow, what a cool idea! I never knew such a place existed.
I was blessed to have two boys that were born healthy, I never gave much thought to any of the special needs because I was just never exposed to it. Several years ago a good friend of mine asked if I could help one of his hunting clients get an alligator permit for her son. Our lease in Texas has quite a few permits issued and I was given one. The young man that we were taking hunting has Down Syndrome and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I met them the first day at Cabelas in League City, TX and we went to set baits. I had a blast with him and his mother running around the ranch on the SidexSide and showing them the place. We went the following day to check baits and he got a dandy gator using a 22 mag. The whole experience is probably one of the top things I’ve done in life. I came out of that trip with a whole different outlook. They were truly two of the most beautiful people I have ever had the privilege of spending time with!

Looks like a great place to support. I’ve visited the area several times and enjoyed the theme parks, and wild animal safari.
I’m too old to go now but I think it’s a great idea.
