MKIII Front Sight Issues, need replacement suggestions.

I replaced the front sight on my MKIII with a Tactical Solutions fiber optic front sight, for more enjoyable day shooting.

I have 2 problems, first, that piece of crap broke on me. The green fiber optic tube broke in half, and the front sight itself likes to come loose after only a magazine or 2.

The loose front sight isn't that big of problem, that's easily fixed with some blue loc-tite.

But, I'm pretty disappointed with how easily the fiber optic broke.

I'm wondering if anyone has an aftermarket front sight they like, or if anyone had any luck or tips on painting the stock front sight.

I've been using the Hi-Viz fiber optics for many years & found them to be excellent.

Loc-tite on the screw and Glow paint on the site itself, works good for my 59 year old eyes
