Mk4 problem

I just bought a Mk 22/45 and have created a problem for myself. I was getting familiar with it and taking it down. Upon assembly l snapped the upper back onto the frame with the selector in fire now it is jammed. I can't push the take down button in, move the safety lever either way or pull the charging handle back. Does anyone have any ideas

Send it back to Ruger.

And the MK4 is 'supposed' to make takedown/reassembly easier?????
