Me thinks these AREN'T Sack Petersen grips

For that price you can get a pair of Sack Petersen's, like the pair I want for my Speed Six.

Those look like someone roughly cut a pair of grips out of some stag horn.

Maybe for $20-30 they might be cool for someone looking for a set to fit to a gun, but for $100..........I'll pass.

From looking at the ends of those grips, it looks like they are very porous, and not very good quality.

We have two very good elk antler grip makers here and that material looks like the kind that would end up in their scrap bins. I don't make stag grips but I do know that you have to know what to throw away.

Start with crap and that's what you end up with.

I imagine he was hoping they'd changed and seen the error of their ways! I've done that, especialy with a favorite (guns, camping, outdoors stuff) type of store that's not around much, and you--naively--think they must've corrected things or maybe changed management and NOW will somehow have what you want and they should have! :x

These are probably some of the China crap stag grips that Sportsman sold a couple of years ago. Back then they were selling them for $69
