Mark II Magazine Question

I have a blued 1982 Mark II that I am going to give a relative. I also have a newer stainless one (both are bull barrel). The mags have gotten mixed up in use and I would like to keep the correct mags with each pistol. Two have a silver Ruger eagle on the base plate with a black background and two have a red background. I have no idea which is correct for each pistol. Any help is appreciated.

the red background mags came out when the 1999 anniversary gun and I think the NRA or the Endowment models??? the 1982 would be the silver eagle with the black background, and yes, either works with the other,its just "era" (vintage) correct

Thanks Rugerguy. I've been using them interchangeably with both pistols and just wanted to keep each correct when I split the pair up
