Hi, guys, I just brought a Ruger Mark II pistol, took it to the range and it work beautifully.
Then I took it apart for cleaning, I followed the manual and watched the youtube videos on how to put it back, I think I did everything right, but now when I pull on the bolt, it comes out ok, but won't slide back fully.

I can still push it in and able to pull the trigger to get the hammer to drop.

Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

The only thing that's not quite right is I don't feel the tension before snapping the spring assembly in...but I'm sure the little pin is in the right place, otherwise I can't pull the bolt back at all

Here's a picture where the slide gets stuck on the way back.

It sounds like the hammer strut is not in the notch of the main spring housing. As easy as it can be to get it right it is easier to get it wrong. It cab be frustrating sometimes and go like clockwork other times. Practice does help I have found out.

Its the hammer strut :) You need to feel that "tension" when you close the arm back into the handle...

Thanks guys, I got it finally.
Turned out the hammer pivot pin came out a little, had to remove the left side grip then push the pin back in.
