M77RSI disassembly

I need to disasemble my M77RSI to lighten the trigger pull weight. This is my first RSI ever. After removing the screw in the bottom of the nose cap, are you supposed to be able to just pull the nose cap straight off the front? I don't want to break anything. Thanks, RJ

Yes it will slide straight off the front
