It's a New Model Super Blackhawk, and the serial number indicates 1982 manufacture. :)

That is a New Model Super Blackhawk made in 1982. Looks like a 10 1/2" tapered barrel (because of the ramp front sight). For any other information you need to get a letter from Ruger. Go here to get the form. Cost is $10. Give them anything you know about it and they will give you as much info as they have. Good Luck.
