What's your local price for a like new 6 inch tapered barrel Mark II?
I am finding the prices are going up significantly for anything pristine.
Sure the beat up ones are $200-$225, but I have seen some guys wanting $400 for a new one with box.
I passed.
That's here in florida. Getting a bit scarce in new condition here.
Would anybody pay 4 bills for one? Holy cow.

They come in wave here it seems and right now it's the downside of the wave. I usually see them in the $250-$350 range depending on model. The standard tapered bbl models are at the lower end of that range. MKI's will fetch the same and maybe a bit lower.

All over the map here. Sometimes see very nice condition shooter grade for $250. There are currently 3 pristine ones (different configurations of Mk II) and all are over $450 at one local shop.

as of yesterday : MK II $470+ like new.
they had a MK II target BB $350 very used.

luckily the owner is nice and excepts FFL transfers. so i went to budsgunshop and ordered a 22/45.i wasnt going to pay $350 for a very used gun.

im in upstate NY.

$470?
Its getting crazy on these things. I liked my Mark II, but not when I can buy a new stainless Mark III for the same price. LCI be damned it's not the big of a deal between the two models.
I do know of one I need to go check out that I was gonna buy in the upper $200's, think I best jump on it if still there.

I prefer the MKIII to the MKII anyway, MKIIs seem to be going for a little less than MKIIIs. I don't see them for sale much except at gun shows. People tend to keep their guns around here.

Around here, a pristine Mark II will bring more than a comparable NIB Mark III, as long as you're comparing apples to apples.

Gatorhugger,

Have you tried looking on Floridaguntrader.com?

Here a like new MKII will run $325.00 +/-

Would I pay $400.00 ? No.

Prefer Red Eagles & would put money into them but that's just me

Saying MkII is pretty generic. The price difference between 2 comparable condition pistols, one a pencil barrel the other a Government Target is going to be about 2x.
