LCR in 327

Opinions on the 327 being chambered for the 327. Ruger must has at least considered this when both were developed.

I've wondered on this one - alot. :? I have the three Ruger 327's and a bunch of other 32 - somethings from Taurus, Ruger and S&W. I don't see the reason for the wait myself. If .357 Mag is doable then 327 should be no problema but I'm not an engineer or a marketing whiz either. I just chase chickens for a livin'. :wink:

I did mention this to a Lipsey's rep at The Outpost Armory when he was there visiting some months back. I carry the SP101 in 327 with 2 extra speedloaders. I would think the LCR-327 would be even better for me and use the same loaders. :idea:

Makes way too much sense. My first revolver was the LCR 38 sp. and I really liked it. Then I bought the sp101 327 and now the LCR stays in the drawer. An LCR 327 would be the perfect carry gun for me in the summer, but I don't think I'll ever keep the sp101 in the drawer!

I've looked at the LCR in 38 and 357 but didn't bite. I would re-think that if it comes out in 327 Federal mag.

I like the LCR. I just want a 6 shot 327 Federal mag LCR, not a 5 shot 38 Special LCR or 357 mag LCR.

or a 41 mag LCR..probably have to be a 4 shot.

If you read some other posts on the 327 Magnum, it requires a longer barrel than the LCR platform provides. So you probably won't see it.
