I don't own an LCR but I don't think that is anything out of the ordinary. I am surprised your cylinder isn't showing more of a drag line. Have you shot it very much.

yea I figured its not something to worry about, Just was curious.
nope haven't shot it much at all yet. only put 5 rounds through it when I first got it a few days ago. Been itchin to head out to the range though.
My LCR357 has fired at least 500 rounds of 38 spl. and 100 rounds of .357 and it dose not drag on the frame like the photo, the cylinder has some side play when open and when closing if i push it toward the frame it will touch it slightly but it has not caused any drag marks.
I had a problem with ammo was 1/2 fireing #5 shell & jamming cylinder so I called mfgr. & teck said he has heard of this on S&W J frames but not on the LCR yet I havnt had a chance to shoot since then but I`m going to try same rounds in my full size 357 to see if this is an ammo issue
