lc9 magazine disconnect from recoil ?

My LC9 magazines are disconnecting while shooting. I pay special attention to not have my hands close to the release. Anyone else with this issue ?

Only suggestion I can make is try a different magazine... and of course make sure it is 'locked' in... if it continues to do that then I would call Ruger and have them send a call tag...

Either that or try a new magazine latch if Ruger would send you one and you have the ability to replace it you're self. I am sure they are out there.

I have an LC9. Issue only occurs with pinky-extension magazines. Flat-baseplate mags work fine.

I recall from previous post this issue was resolved if customers returned their pistol to Ruger.
