Bean town in the worthless nut state
Here is one I won at a FNRA banquet a few years age. They sold tickets for "Pick of the Litter" and I bought two. That also was the last year for that drawing. It is still NIB and just might stay that way for a while.

Nice, I'll give you your ticket price for it HAHA. I would have offered double that if it was a DC only unit.

Welcome to the forum.

HerrMesser, Welcome to the forum. If it was mine, I'd be shooting it! Personally, even though I belong to the NRA (not sure why these days), I think they have become far more interested in "politics" than gun related articles! Check out todays American Rifleman with those of the 50's, 60's & 70's. Back then, they were full of gun articles and info and very little "soap-boxing"! Reading it today is like reading a liberal rag mag. For that reason, I don't believe the NRA logo on your pistol is going to add any value to it in the near future. Shoot it!.........................Dick

HerrMesser, Id keep it NIB. It's not going to lose it's value and who knows what it will be worth 10 years from now. You can't get any interest on your money right now in today's economy. Id have it to show off and make them jealous, you lucky man. :D

I'm not a fan of safe queens ,but that one would stay just like it is if it were mine .I have 2 of the first Edition Walther PPS 9 MM [there were onle 999 of these made like this ]And If I didn't need it as a backup gun mine would still be NIB .The other one is my wife's carry gun .There tack drivers too mine will hold thghter groups at 25 yards than my Glock 19.They came in nice Aliuminum fitted cases PPS and Walther stincled on the top ,6,7,and 8 round mag ,a spescial finnish on the frame and FIRST EDITION stamped on the slide I bought them in 12-07 and paied right at $700.00 apeise for them and there worth over $1000,oo already herers some pics.

I have a old put together 1911 that has a parked frame and a 1940 Brazil slide that I do most of my 45 shooting till I get to the range with my new, another freebie from the FNRA, Para Warthog SS. I had a P90 but let a friend down by Dayton talk me out of it.

Those are some nice looking Walthers.
