Picked up my 2nd KMK with laminate grips today. Box marked with L in a circle just like the factory D&T has a B in a circle. Ruger records unable to help with verification. Both 224 prefix with red emblems in left grip.

Nice looking guns. What is D&T? And what is the significance of the circled L & B?

D&T = drilled and tapped. Ruger marked the D&T versions of the last few MKIIs and KMKIIs made with the B in a circle. Few of these with the exception of the GC models were D&T. I have found the 2 KMKIIs with the laminate grips and I think the L in a circle designates laminate grips installed at factory. Just have to prove it.These are the only 2 KMKs I have seen with the laminate grips and red emblem in grips.
