I've been looking for a Crossdraw holster for my Ruger commander and this one has caught my eye.

Does anyone have any experience with this holster?

yes. And it would probably be fine for you if you aren't in it all day long, moving around. For sitting, or driving it may not bother you. But is a little on the high-ride side, and gets a bit bothersome when horseback all day. Still a nice holster, tho....

That's what I wanted it for, driving. And I figured the high ride would work better.
The other holster I was interested in is this ElPaso

I can get a like new TCD for $55 shipped from a guy.

Can't coment about that version, but I have several of their holsters (and a belt and mag pouches). Mostly I have the strong side version of that one. About to order two more in fact.
