Kicking my butt

About going to store and coming home with a rifle.. My wife had a stroke and her only impediment is her speech. A niece was helping her with drills and I said I was going over to see my mistress. :P Niece told my wife to kick my butt. Told niece I was going to gun store to get something. So that became a daily speech drill. Greg, I am going to kick your butt. :P greg

sorry to hear about your Wife's stroke, But glad of the limited effects.

Sounds like their could be some underling emotions with her utterance :)

Thanks. Valentines day dinner at favorite restaurant and she was fine. Next morning, spoke in partial sentences. At emergency room they got busy and got the clot dissolved. Her problem is saying the word she wants. The gun store and mistress is an old joke between us. Niece didn't know about it. I was pulling niece's chain. :P Wife is speaking sentences with a pause at times. Again, thanks for the prayers. greg
