John Taffin's B-Day

Today is John Taffin's Birthday. He passed almost two months ago,, and had a lifelong passion for sixguns.
I can recall how I used to compare John's writings against my standards that Skeeter & Elmer wrote.

I'm gonna go & see if I can snap a few pics of that JT PPP I saw & put down a sack of pennies as a deposit. I'll take a few donuts to them to see if they'll have pity on me.

I loved all of John's writings. He was certainly one to "ride the river with".

Taffin was certainly one of the good ones. Never great like Elmer or Skeeter but good nonetheless. Far better than say, Venturino.

I think they were going to have a service today for John in Idaho. A fitting day to remember him!
