It was 16 degrees here this morning. Supposed to get up to about 38 this afternoon. Then drop right back down below freezing after dark. I'm wondering if they will open the job tomorrow. It isn't really fun being on a slab job this time of year, but I need to get back to work.

I came home from work at 3am and it was -7°. Last night I had to go on the roof of the hospital 3 times to restart air handling units that had tripped out on freeze stat. There was a foot of snow that I had to walk through to get to the air handler penthouse...
Just landed here in PA from cross-country trip from AZ. In Tennessee, the weather started getting colder. Then flurries. Then sleet. Kept driving. Stayed in Wytheville, VA for the night. Colder. Single digits. 30 mph winds. Woke up and headed north on I-81 to PA, and PA turnpike to Montgomery County, PA. It might get to 30 degrees today. Left AZ when it was 65 degrees. Oh, how I missed the winter.
I just filed a complaint with the weather bureau cause we are not supposed to have any snow here. This morning there is about 1 1/2" of that awful white stuff. However I blame it on those smokers and the morons cutting down the trees.

it's warmed up to 21 since yesterday , thats 41 degree increase but the winds have kicked up and now it's snowing

It’s 24 here so far tonight and still dropping. Third night and I can’t stand the cold since heart surgery and taking blood thinners. It’s miserable for us older folks and I use to run around in t-shirts and sandals all year.
