I needed a small favor from my gunsmith, so gave him a call. No answer, so left him a voice mail thing. A few minutes later, he returned my call.


He was calling from a beach in Destin, Florida, where he and his family are vacationing!

I had never been to Florida until a few years ago. That year we vacationed in Florida, visiting friends in Penescola, then visiting my oldest sister in Clearwater, then on down to headquarter ourselves in Naples.

With all due respect to those who choose to make it their home, I was glad to get back to Memphis. Tall oak, hickory, sweet gum trees abound, and good BBQ to be had, and good drinking water.

Interesting you mention "service". Many businesses don't seem to know what it is. For me ..... I'll actually pay "extra" for a product if I get good service with it. FWIW.
