So, My wife read this article in the weekly paper about this restaurant that she thinks I would like and want to go to.
The food critique starts out with he walks in the door and there is one of the most evil western characters ever looking straight at him and he reaches for his gun but does not have it because the restaurant has a no guns policy.. and it's really okay because it just a picture of Lee Van Cleaf... Then he goes on to explain the concept of the restaurant and the food which is all pasta dishes by the way... just with western themed names.... go figure. Now here is the interesting part... yes, on their web sight down at the very bottom somewhere is written "No Guns". Here in S.C. since the legislature passed open and concealed carry for everyone now if you don't want folks to carry you must post a sign out side the entrance that says "No Concealable Weapons Allowed". Of course there are a lot of places one can't carry regardless of the sign. The irony is this place did not have the sign out in front. I suspect their no guns policy is to stop folks from coming in dressed as Lee Van Cleaf and Clint and then acting out a scene.... I also have to say I was not overly impressed by either the food or the atmosphere... it was not nearly fitted out in Spaghetti Western as I expected....

that is the new signage here in S.C. and it means you can't open carry a concealable weapon either into the place that has the posted sign.... my questions has always been are you allowed to carry a weapon in that can't be concealed easily like a long gun... but I really don't want to push the limit my doing it.

As for Spaghetti Western.... like I said, there was no sign outside of it... the only place to see "no guns' was at the very bottom of their menu on line....

The really funny part about it all is that a year or more ago S.C. became an open carry state for anyone who can legally own a gun and so far I've seen one person open carrying.....
Seems the restaurant's 'written' policy is just so if they see you open carrying they can ask you to leave.

The food on the pictures sure looks delicious

The atmosphere was not as Western as I would have liked.... I think my wife and I will have to go back so I can try a different dish.. what I had was not that great for a pasta and such. .... it could have been the sauce as well as the pasta.
Ωxcvgbhnjkl;' =- ][-p0o987654321`?.I ordered a beer, Highland Galic Ale from Asheville, and it came in a bottle and they did not give me a glass for it, I guess that was supposed to be the rough 'western' part of the experience.
"I may be off line for awhile.... that wierd part above is because I just spilt a whole cup of coffee on my lap top key board....."
