A local shop has an early BH on GB (256477941). I have wanted one of these for a while so I bid. This AM I'm outbid and I take a look at the feedback of the high bidder, she/he only has 3 feedbacks and they are all from this seller and all were posted the same day. Me thinks something is fishy.

I've suspect stuff like that before. I've been outbid before, only to find the item immediately relisted after it was "sold". I would stick with your bid, and then go to the local shop after the auction and see if it's still there. If so, make and offer.

Shill bidders are pretty common on auction sites.

Nice thing is, that GB will remove the dealer from the site if they find that's what he's doing.
