I might be addicted... to Security-Six revolvers.

So far I only have two, a 4 inch and a 6 inch, both blued. But I've got the itch for more. Maybe try stainless next?

I'm not sure what it is about them that has me hooked. I've got a couple of nice S&W's that are prettier and have really nice triggers. I've also shot other people's GP100's at the range, and they were some really nice guns.

I keep coming back to the Security-Sixes, though. I think maybe it's a combination of they have classic looks, decent triggers, and they're built to be tough as nails. I need more of these things.

Support group? You all are like Contender, and you know it! WE ARE A BUNCH OF RUGER ENABLERS! There, I have said it. There isn't a Ruger's Anonymous either. The affliction just gets worse each passing year. Visiting the "Gallery" makes it even worse, faster. Case in point-I didn't like SA. Now I have two! All because of SA porn in the Gallery. 8)

Hmmm... you didn't like SA's but people in this forum helped you? Wow, that's actually very touching. I mean, that was kinda sad that you didn't like them. But now you do. What a success story! :)

Luckily I guess I got the newer version of the Ruger disease as I have never desired anything except the newer, in production, single and double-action revolvers from Ruger, although a couple of older 'Smiths' did get into my safe at some point.

...but don't let my confusion keep you from enjoying your Security-Six revolvers.
