I conitnue to be impressed with the SR22p

Went to the range again, and shot another 500+ rounds of Blazer through it.

This gun just runs and runs.

Love mine too. Approaching 500 rounds. Only problem was some Federal Red Box that didn't have enough juice to work the slide. Could tell from the sound they were under powered. Everything else works fine and the accuracy is respectable.

I had the same problems with the Federal red box.

They lead fouled the barrel pretty decent as well.

Both of my Ruger SR22Ps run great using Federal Blue Box. It works so well that I have not seen any point in using anything else, given its low cost. Blue Box is clean and seems to be pretty consistent in terms of quality. In about 2000 rounds through my SR22Ps I have had one bad round. I simply ejected and continued. I should have tried a second strike to see if that worked but sadly I lacked the presence of mind to try that.
