My grandmother was a Flapper. Born in 1900. A widowed single mother by 19 (then again, a lot of women were made widows by WWI). She was a party girl, but always took care of her kids first. Died at 42. Lived fast, died fairly young, and raised two of the best kids possible.The young girl dancers during the roaring 20's were called "flappers".

Most of the early women pilots had big personalities. Jackie was glamorous, Amelia a tomboy, and Pancho was a good time girl.
Chuck Yeager said that Pancho Barnes was the ugliest woman he ever met. They were good friends in fact she took care of him after his accident in the F-104. The USAF

I couldn't move like that in my wildest dreams. In my younger days, I could Foxtrot, waltz, tango, and swing. Can't do that. I'm not sure that Gene Kelly could do that.

I used to work with an old Polish guy and when he saw a rear-end that he liked he would say "Oooh Pa Dupa DUPA"!!!! He was a trip and came out with some of the funniest things you ever heard
