Hornady Custom vs Hornady American Gunner

Was at Bass Pro last night and saw the Hornady ammo listed above. .357 magnum 125 gr. XTP. One box was Hornady Custom priced at 24.99, ballistics were listed as being 1500 at the muzzle, 1314 at 50 yds and 1166 at 100 yds. I picked up a box of Hornady American Gunner, exact same bullet and exact same ballistics, price was $17.49. What justifies the $7.50 difference in price? Powder? Primer? Not enough to justify the $7.50 difference I wouldn't think. Both boxes contained 25 rounds.

Don't know for sure, but it could be similar to the Rem HTP ammo, some of which (I've heard) is Golden Sabers that are blemished, etc. Personally, I've decided to buy factory ammo for the brass or for SD loads at this point, so either price sounds way high to me.
