Yeah probably, depends on the powder charge you're using.
I use 8.0 Unique with a 250-ish lead SWC.
That aint nowhere near a "max" charge for "my" 45LC guns, so (+)or(-) .002 on the bullet diameter don't matter all that much.....But....I got no idea what pressure ranges "you" load to, or the chamber/throat/bore-specs of gun that you are loading for, so a fatter bullet might push your personal combo over the edge.
When in doubt, always err on the side of safety.
