Holster for Single Six Hunter?

Has anyone found a holster for a Single Six Hunter (7.5")?

I wonder if holsters for a 7.5" Blackhawk would fit - or would the revolver "float" around in such?

or does anyone know a custom maker that has made one specifically for the SS Hunter?

I'm not aware of any holsters marked specifically for the Hunter model. And a Blackhawk holster would be too big.
But,,, if I needed a holster for mine,,, I'd NOT hesitate to get "Doc" at Barranti Leather to build me one. I currently own 5 Barranti holsters & each one is not only super functional,,, but a work of art as well. Even in the plain ones.

I have a Single Six 9" Ruger Practical holster that would carry your Hunter, unless you scope it.

Call the folks at Diamond D in Alaska. Dave will build you a crazy cool guide holster with a pouch on the harness to carry spare ammo. You can still wear a backpack while hiking or hunting.
