Help identify this breaktop gun please

My friend was given this break top gun years ago but has never been able to find out what it is or who makes it. I was hoping someone here could at least lead me in the right direction. Thanks.

Behind the barrel/in front of the cylinder are stamped the letters NHM and below that is a set of numbers 3356.

Here is the same gun with grips that he found on the internet but the person posting it had no idea what the gun was either.

The lettering appears to be Cyrillic so I would say it is some kind of Russian something or other.

It looks like the NHM blank pistol, made in 6mm (.22) & 9mm calibers by Hubertus Metallwaren Möll .

About the only similarity is the vaguely similar hammer.

Notice that the "N" is backwards on the OP's photo. That is why I suggested it might be a Russian somethingorother.
