No, it isn't 115 but it also isn't 30% or less humidity.
Living in "the oven" I can say that yours is FAR worse than our 110 to 115 degrees.
With the dew point at 75 to 86, you have the worst combination. High temperature
with HIGH humidity. :wink: My condolences.
My weather station does not have a "Heat Index", but I easily concede yours as the
"less optimal" combination.

I went out to feed the quail yesterday (104@46)
and it was quite uncomfortable. - - - I hope your A/C is working well. 8)
As a P.S.:
Back in another life time, I was in Atlanta for a class. A/C worked fine, quite nice.
The only problem was at lunch. You HAD to go outside. Low 90s but also low 90s
for the humidity. It was like walking into a . . . HOT . . . WET . . . blanket.
It does not upset me to not be living there now. :wink:
