Dinner tonight is "Tacos al pastor", made with homegrown chiles. Also making up a batch of home-made hot sauce for canning. Tomorrow will be canning spaghetti sauce. Dinner will be a favorite Thai dish, "Shrimp with Thai Basil"=all homegrown veggies.

Hint: If you have a dehydrator, dry the blossoms of the Thai Basil plant==produces a fine powder with the anise-scent of Thai Basil.
