Any opinions on the Mini Vault.gunvault safe?I am looking for something to mount on a shelf in pantry near back door.Looks like it would be quick to use if needed.Better than hiding a gun under something in pantry.Thanks Paul

Yeah, in the pantry you need something, flour and sugar play heck with a gun 
Are you looking for a regular locking safe or a biometric? I have several of the nanovault safes (key lock) and they work great and not real expensive. Plus they come with the cable so you can slow someone down that is trying to steal the whole thing.
I have one in my bedroom. I unlock it when I get home after work and lock it up when I leave for work in the morning.

Looking for a push button on top combo like on the Mini Vault gunvault safe.The pantry is close to the back door,which is where we go out if a car comes in driveway[more like a side door]We live 10 miles out of town in country,like to put something in my pocket on way out.Also be handy[and safe] for wife when i am not here.
Sounds like a good plan.
I have a "Stack on" with a code pad. It also has a key entrance as a back up. It cost less than $50 at TSC. Good luck.

I have a quick access safe made by gun vault in our bedroom . It has been mounted to my wife's dresser for a year and a half. Always check it if I will be home late or out of town and has always opened for me every time. It has the four finger buttons. I looked at all the mini safes on the market and to me it's the best one for the money
