yes as noted above, the first Buckeyes circa 1988-89 per the RENE, there were about 200 noted labels that as shown above are "obviously" incorrect in their info.. the Buckeyes are 'Blackhawks', NOT 'Single-Sixes.......so even the catalog noted is 'incorrect', not an "SSM6"..... in fact, there were 3 different label variations for the 32-20/32 H&R Mag Buckeye.........well as I said , the guy selling this gun said he was selling a 32 caliber Single Six, I looked it over and said "yep, I'll take...." all to often when we may "try" to inform a person that what they "think" they have, is NOT that ,they get all defensive ,even combative, want to debate....let 'em go, just smile............and if the price is "right" , just buy it...its when they come over, and want to KNOW, or be informed, then by all means ,we help them out, yes too often pricing ourselves out of what could have been a great deal , if I wanted to "stiff" them...........better to be straight up and honest in the long run, this WORKS for us.
Note too, that the serial number of this gun is #610-00111 putting it lower in the range of that the RENE has noted, #610-00128 to 610-00490, and about 200 made..........
