Gunbroker question

It is 9:57 am on Thursday morn and I was wondering if anyone else is having problems accessing Gunbroker.com? I have been following a particular revolver for literally weeks and now I not only cannot access that particular item, but cannot access the site itself. I have bee attempting since about 7:00 am today.

Could be, hope not. I haven't been able to get on either. Might be some hacker who guzzled the Kool-aid, too. Neither option is good. Hopefully a tech issue that gets worked out soon.

There is a notice on the front page (big red letters) about scheduled maintenance interruptions. Anyone notice?

"We will be doing system hardware maintenance Thursday morning, 08/27/2015 between 12:00 AM EST and 3:00 AM EST. We will attempt to minimize service interruption. The system will be unavailable until the maintenance has finished and QA has completed testing. All Listings scheduled to end during this time period will be extended. "

That was precisely what I was thinking yesterday morning, when I couldn't access the site. Guess I'm becoming too conspiracy-leary these days. (and not without good cause)

Yuh, well... the notice was posted for a week or so prior. No one lost any minutes on any active auctions.

I have the ONE item I am interested in 'bookmarked'. That is the only place I was looking and there was no notice on the individual item. When I couldn't acquire it I tried the site's home page and of course it was down. Never saw any 'notice' that way.
