Do any of you store your guns in a gun sock?
I live in a very low humidity climate my guns are stored in a safe, just thinking maybe gun socks would help with fingerprints and the occasional bump.

For some years I’ve been using these, they’re thicker than the typical sock, and breathable. More protection from bumps.

No silicone!
I use acrylic felt"socks" made simply at home. About $1 apiece and they don't attract nor hold moisture.
G96 does the rest.

No cotton, no foam, no silicone, no oil on wood.

The only problem in these parts is summer time. High humidity. Light coat of gun oil
has never failed me. The Key imo is do not ignore them! Unlock the safe from time to time and handle them! Make sure they are happy! ps

I've been using silicone ones from Natches for years no problems. most of my guns got beat up putting them in and out of the safe, eliminated that problem.
