Minnesota Weapons Collector show in Rochester. Not sure why - but for $100 ended up buying an old CH brand bullet swaging set up from a very nice older gentleman. Set up for 44 caliber with lead wire, a cut-off tool and Speer half-jackets included.

Didn't know I needed it (?!) until I saw it..........

I think I have one of those buried in my "don't know what it's for" cabinet. I kinda knew/know, but didn't chase it down further.

Looks like it would be interesting to try it out. Not sure where you would get more supplies to run it, but it is something I would have bought too.

I tried bullet swaging years ago with the BT sniper tool. Made 44's from spent 40 brass. It worked great but I just cast bullets now days. You got a great deal.

Rum River, I was there too. A buddy of mine also had a couple of tables. I was able to get a shotgun from "Wolf's Den". But for the most part, I found the prices were plenty high.

I was wondering about that - but hadn't been to that show before so I wondered if it was a regional thing. I'm 130 miles north.

There is another one in a couple of weeks in Wykoff that is more local vendors than the . Might want to make the trip if you have time. It's about 20 miles further than Rochester. So it's a trip. But if you have time...

The half jackets will be difficult to replace. If I remember to look, I may have a box of 500 stashed away. I'll check, if you're interested. Just pay shipping.
