EDIT-apologies, jusy re-read OP (pays to you know)--re the Bisley part. I do believe I saw on the same Shop Ruger site linked below black laminates for Bisley too, but my be mistaken. Nevertheless, for those that've wanted the "black" laminates for their "regular" XR3 Red plowhandles, here you go...(I have also re-posted this same info in a new "XR3 Red..." thread).
If you're talking XR3 Reds, little known but the "black" lamiantes
are available from Ruger. For a long time they :have had them mis-labeled on their website "Single Six only with square back trigger and 10-1/2" barrel" or some such--no such animal exists, so I pressed them (NH offce) on, and sure enough they're just the regular XR3 Reds, here they are installed on my Single Six .22.
This was about a year ago. A year later, I thought Ruger had finally corrected the website, but I see they're
still mis-described!

Talk with Donald, Ruger Customer Service (NH office, not Prescott) - very helpful.
I also got a set of the "red" Reds around the same time...correctly labeled (as far as application goes) but what Ruger refers to as "rosewood w/o lock" are laminates too, or at least were a year ago.
