I think a rating of 95% would be highly exaggerated but still nice piece and good find.

Needs some cleaning as I posted it as found. I do not highly exaggerate anything. So will say 94.9%. But each his own. I am pretty conservative on rating guns. But will refrain from my % posting from now on.

I'm impressed. I think your 95% assessment is correct.
That Ruger Single Six 22LR Revolver is a Circa 1956 model.

Also, when I get home (in Boise right now) I will have to check mine
because your serial number is very close to mine, interesting.

I inherited mine from my Dad. He bought it in Alaska.

I shoot mine almost weekly. It is has a very nice trigger and
is very accurate with the Winchester M22 22lr ammo.

YMMV - For those that consider the original box/papers/shipper as part of the evaluation, then 95%'s a possibility.

Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, IMHO, that baby looks close to 100%.

You won't need a 2nd job, if you can pass on some of your beautiful finds, to here. ;)
