Yosemite Sam
Hunter
November in Oregon generally means rain, rain, and more rain. The weather guessers had us under water all weekend, but they were wrong again, and I got out to the range for a couple of hours yesterday. Only got sprinkled on a couple of times. Got to finish sighting in some of my newer acquisitions, as well as an old friend.
My MkIII Hunter with a Millett SP-2 red dot:
My 9mm EAA Witness Match:
Obligatory "knife and gun" pic:
(Knife is a German Bulldog "Sowbelly Stockman" with India stag, FWIW.)
And a new and better pic of my homebrew AR-15:
No targets that I'm particularly proud of, but I'm getting close with that MkIII. My 50 year old eyes are much better with the red dot than I am with open sights at 25 yards... And it may be time to look for a higher power than 6x on the AR.
