Glitches...

I've got 2 Rugers with issues and I'm hoping you all might be able to help me.

I'm a long-time shooter and Blackhawk fan. But my knowledge and experience has mostly been in law enforcement scenarios, so a fairly narrow track. Don't worry about offending me; I'm ignorant in many things and not afraid to admit it.

I'm assuming I post my questions in separate threads?
