I noticed on their latest flyer that RK Shows have no scheduled gun shows in Memphis at the Agricenter for 2020. But they have 4 scheduled for Southhaven,MS at Landers Center for 2020. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

Sorry I don’t know for sure, but Memphis is a bastion of liberalism. RK shows are on my do not go list. No guns/no money. I treat them just like any establishment that doesn’t accept my carry weapon!

I'm in Rockford, IL and my pistol club sponsors (or sponsored) two gun shows a year. I didn't even bother attending the last few years as the stuff being sold was either grossly over priced or things I had no interest in. This year's show, which had been scheduled for earlier this month, got cancelled due to the small number of tables sold. I would not be surprised if the spring show gets canceled as well. I used to enjoy going to these shows but its not a big deal to me to not have them at all.

Haven't been to a gun show in years! Local ones are too expensive (prices AND admittance) and won't allow concealed carry. Get better deals at my LGSs.

I stopped going to the one here in Greenville for a number of years... then a friend asked me to go with him and his son earlier this year for consultation... then the last one I ran by on the way home from church and picked up way too much 9mm... Show here is way too big and way too many folks.. I do plan to go to the pre-Christmas one in a few weeks to pick up a bulk amount of Sig 357, (500-1000 rounds)

I don't know the score, but RK shows used to be in Lexington's Rupp Arena & lately they've been advertising to be at a much smaller wing at the Ky. Horse Park.

I don't keep up with Lexington a lot, but haven't heard any reason to not have gun shows there.

The market is soft, attendance is down. Square footage must be reduced to save $ on rental space, is my opinion.

Actually, Ron DICKson, National Gun Day promoter, has announced a reduced schedule in Louisville due to low attendance by both the vendors & the public.

I stopped going to the gun shows. How many times can you see the same vendors selling the same stuff they have been schlepping from show to show for years?
Kind of like going to a mall. How many shoe and dress stores can you put under one roof all selling the same stuff?

Vito, I used to go to the Rockford show, then stopped in at the Bullet Stop
in Love's Park afterwards.
Used to be a nice ( small) show with diverse offerings. I remember a fellow always set up in the back with Contender items.
Stopped going a few years ago when the merchandise didn't appeal appealed to me
anymore. Shortly after that I generally stopped all shows due to the various reasond stated in the other posts.
I sure miss the " good old shows". Used to be a wonderful time.
Tulsa beckons, haven't made the trip, yet.

If I was going to another gun show it would be this one in Abu Dhabi. But I'd need a couple billion dollars to make it worthwhile. Maybe I should start a gofundme page.

Well I just heard on the radio that the Shelby County Commission will vote Wednesday to ban gun shows in county owned buildings. This is the work of the short black lady that got the Confederate statues moved and Confederate Park sold to a nonprofit. She is now a county commissioner. How convenient. She thinks that all the blacks killed in Memfrica every night are from guns bought at the Memphis gun show. If you took the gangs and drugs out of the picture Memphis would only need about 100 police officers. JM2CW

Guess SHE NEEDS an education in the fact that the Democrats were BANNING Blacks from owing firearms thus giving the KKK a free and safe space to attack; It was thanks to the people like the NRA that got the RIGHT to own firearms for blacks. Also TOO ignorant to know that the BIGGEST slave owner in the South was a free Blackman AND that there were BLACK units that fought WITH the Southern Armys.
