This is a 7.5" Colt third generation New Frontier barrel in .45 Colt that I recently bought for a project I've decided to cancel.
The barrel is in fine shape; bore is clean and rifling is strong. There is a small, shallow cut just ahead of the ejector rod stud as can be seen in the pictures. It is shallow enough to be polished out, or can be covered by a longer ejector rod housing.
Some minor surface discoloration that should disappear with oil and OOOO steel wool. All in all a great project barrel.
