This is a nice third generation New Frontier in 44 Special. It has the 7 1/2" barrel, beautiful vivid case colors an walnut grips that are typical of what I have seen on the NF guns. The screws are not buggered up but the serrations on the front sight do have white nail polish on it. It does come with the Styrofoam box but the outer covering is in poor shape.

I know it is sacrilege to many here but the plan was for it to go to Alan Harton to become a custom 41 magnum hunting gun. My inner voice keeps telling me let it go to a better home before it goes under the knife so for once in my life, I am gong to listen to that voice and see if it can go to someone who appreciates it for what it is before I send it off. For those interested, the serial number is 11855NF.

The shipped price from me as an FFL to the buyers FFL is $1750 and the first posted "I will take it" rules. Here are a couple of pictures and I will add some more pictures in a day or so.

Thank you for looking,

Robb

I have never understood why the New Frontier Colts don't sell for as much or more than a Single Action Army. They were priced higher when new and have the same action. The only difference is the flat top frame and adjustable sights which seems to me is an advantage. I have a few of both and prefer shooting the New Frontiers. Good luck with your sale.

Here are some more pictures. No scratches, turn line on the cylinder, blue wear on the barrel nor end of the ejector rod housing. Just the white paint on the serrations on the front sight.
