well, I am temp. locked out of my account on gunbroker. They say it has been compromised. It has been over a week and I have had no emails from them explaining anything. I have sent several messages with them resonding that they have been received. But still no feedback. I would think they could at least call me. Frustrated.

While I'm fairly sure that most Gunbroker transactions are legitimate and satisfying to both buyer and seller, I read comments about this and other online gun sites to be just a tad uncomfortable with buying a firearm this way. Maybe I pay a bit more than I have to, but buying through a brick and mortar gun shop gives me a greater sense of confidence that I have recourse should something be wrong with the item. But i wish you good luck in getting your problem resolved. The only use I make of Gunbroker is to check current prices/values of a specific firearm that I am considering buying or selling.

Yall are sure very very limited on selection ruling out online gun buying. Jus sayn

Buying guns online is all together far too easy. I don't use Gunbroker, but places like GrabAGun are just too tempting.
