We can thank the use of drones for some of these airspace / private property decisions and laws.
A read recently of some place that now allows you to shoot down a drone over your property for trespassing.

Let's hope that the settling of this case creates more lawsuits against the blocked access to public lands all across the west.
As mentioned,, if it's "public" then we should have access.
And if polite, legal agreements can be reached,, they should work hard at doing so.
Or, as I mentioned before,, work out a land swap, or whatever to appease everyone. If not,, eminent domain, at least enough to allow a legal crossing from one piece of public to a (currently) land locked piece.

You want to see a real land war take a look no further than Malibu where the Hollywood elite pull every trick in the book to keep the great unwashed from reaching the public beaches their homes abut.

How does 9M figure against the
Eighth Amendment Cruel and Unusual Punishment Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

I watched the Lehto video above. We all know that what it boils down to is that the rancher is an A**hole of the 1st degree
