I'm looking to put a basic, low power variable scope on my AR556 and have come across these 1-4x Trinity Force scope/mount/red dot systems for about 100 bucks.
They've shown good reviews for the scope and for other scopes by the same manufacturer.
I'm looking for something economical because this rifle is just a fun rifle to punch paper or plinking up at camp. I know it's not the same league as the big $$$ scopes I've seen you folks discuss. I also know there is going to be a chorus of "You get what you pay for, you need XXX BRAND for $250.00 .
I'm just asking if anyone has tried anything from Trinity Force or knows anyone who has...
