Local shop has a 5-digit OM Flat Top .357 with 6.5" barrel, and even has the original box. Box is in pretty good shape, about 80%. Only big issues with the gun is it has been reblued, and has the safety conversion. The reblue is a pretty good one, but it does not have the original "non-conversion" parts. Any guesses on a realistic price for the Ruger?

If the box has all the corners intact,,, and is not torn etc,,, then helps a lot. But the reblue, and no correct parts, deduct from value.
If just the gun,,, I'd value it at about $400 to $450,,, depending upon the condition being near mint. Add in $125 for a marked box, (BKH-36) in very good shape.
The CORRECT parts to return it to original operating condition,,, look at an expense of about $150.

That's what I was thinking, around $4-500...its on consignment sell, and they are looking to get between $800-1k.

Yeah, way too high. That's what I'd expect to see for a flat top with box, excellent condition and NO safety conversion.
